The mobile division of Leed Solutions services retirement homes, long-term care facilities, senior’s apartment buildings, senior’s community centres and church groups throughout Ontario. The service is designed to bring the shopping experience to the senior individual in their own surroundings. This eliminates the need for transportation, long walks through shopping malls and dealing with potentially inclement weather.
Our well trained, friendly staff is always available to provide assistance. We encourage each shopper to take a selection of garments to the comfort of their own suite or designated change area to ensure proper sizing and a good fit. The individual is not confined to a small change room as they are in the “big box” stores where it is difficult to navigate with a cane, walker or wheelchair and often a caregiver companion.
Our mobile division typically carries a full selection of petite and regular separates, coordinates, sleepwear, undergarments and socks. Our long-term care truck, in addition to the above carries a full range of sizes of open-back or adaptive clothing for those individuals who are wheelchair dependent or have decreased mobility or range of motion due to the natural aging process, stroke, arthritis, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s or any other condition.
