Slacks are pulled up over each leg to the hip; two panels wrap around and are fastened at the back with a domed closure. Tops, shirts, blouses, cardigans, dresses and sleepwear are slipped over the arm and up to the shoulder where two panels are pulled to the back and domed at the shoulder.
